Our Business Support team provide a range of administration and support services across the organisation, dealing with a wide variety of internal enquiries as well as liaising with our residents and partners.
A key focus of the Business Support team is to work in partnership with the service areas to provide support at key meetings- from preparation and circulation of agendas and minutes to other general administration duties.
Excellent organisational and listening skills is essential in these roles, as they provide crucial support to our Children’s Services, Adult Social Care, Enabling Services & Operation teams, often in forums and strategic meetings where difficult decisions are made and the provision of effective record keeping is therefore essential.
