We are looking for 2 x highly motivated individuals to join our team who can provide precise legal administrative support.
The role will be based at our Wat Tyler House offices in the centre of Swindon. Providing support to the Childcare Legal Team daily as well as regularly supporting the wider legal team. Reporting to the Legal Practice Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of legal administrative support.
A minimum of 6 months administrative experience within a legal office is desirable. A keen eye for accuracy is essential with the ability to prioritise your own workload, responding to conflicting pressures, with guidance from the Principal Solicitors and your Team Manager. A high standard of administration, organisational, communication and people skills are necessary for this role; the successful applicant will be a team player who is meticulous and motivated.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
