As Project & Team Lead you will be involved in the support and set up of Community Hubs which will be an expansion of the service we currently deliver from Sanford House.

Your next role

You will use your project management skills to ensure we provide services, information and support in the community to our most vulnerable clients ensuring our services are accessible to all.

The role includes leading our front of house service at Sanford House ensuring we have strong and lasting relationships with partners in both statutory and voluntary services. Using person centred, trauma informed approaches that underpins the work we do with residents of Swindon. Providing supervision, guidance and support to front line staff.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).

You will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
