Your next role
The role will be a key part of the Data and Digital Team, acting as a point of contact for any technical requirements or queries relating to the services delivered from the data centre environments. You will assist in the design, implementation and configuration of internal and external systems where needed.
About you
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with server virtualisation in a Windows environment as well as proven networking configuration support and maintenance skills at a high level.

- VMware
- Hyper-V
- Windows Server OS
- Active Directory /DNS/Group Policy -Expert Level
- PowerShell - Knowledgeable
- SAN Storage
- SD-WAN and WiFi
- Firewall configuration and maintenance
- Technical consultancy or Infrastructure / Service Operations/ Network Operations role in a client facing commercial organisation
- Data centre hosting, virtualisation (server and desktop), networking, authentication, storage, security and monitoring
- Security best practice awareness (ISO quality standards)
- Knowledge of Service Desk systems
- Technical design and testing plan creation
- SCCM - MS Systems Center Configuration Manager experience
- Experience in a commercial IT Solutions provider or Managed Services environment
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act – for the effective performance of a customer-facing role).
