We are seeking to recruit a dedicated individual to join our Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) Service as a permanent SEND Policy and Performance Officer on a full-time basis. If you have an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail and are passionate about policy / process development within SEND – this could be the opportunity for you!
Your next role
We recognise that most potential applicants may not have the specialist knowledge around SEND, therefore a desire to learn is essential, we will ensure that the successful applicant is provided with the relevant training to undertake the post to the required standard.
This role will focus on a range of different tasks, such as policy implementation, information governance, supporting with commissioning arrangements, and data / performance management and analysis.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, with an eye for detail and the ability to follow processes.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
