Join Our Team as a Participation Coordinator!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We are looking for a dynamic Participation Coordinator to support and engage children in care and care-experienced young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and book events, including Children Achievement Awards and CiCC meetings.

  • Produce high-quality visual and written resources.
  • Develop new methods for capturing and analysing data.
  • Lead Public Relations & Marketing efforts to promote our services.
  • Create and maintain communication systems for children, carers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the quality assurance process with data and statistical evidence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Enthusiasm for the objectives of the Children Services Department.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE/A level with a high standard of English grammar and punctuation.
