Your next role

The role will be a key part of the Digital & Business Change Management Team, having the opportunity to influence the development of both the team and profile across the council. Representing Digital, Data & Technology across the organisation, you will be a point of contact for the Children and Adults directorates around IT requests, system support and for new products and services. Promoting the use of IT to aid business transformation is at the forefront of this exciting role.

About you

You will have a proven track record of system’s management preferably with strong Children’s and Adults services experience. For a full account of the role and person specification, please refer to the role profile.

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ staff management experience
  • Strong experience managing stakeholders up to Director level
  • Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Track record managing full system lifecycles especially change control
  • Experience working within strictly legislated industry

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act – for the effective performance of a customer-facing role).
