Your next role
As our next Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key member of the IT Team and will become a specialist in a number of business-critical Financial Services IT systems. You will work with a team who provide advice, support and training to a wide range of users and make systems changes were required, in line with best practice and supplier engagement.
You will be part of a team that promote digital technologies to enable and transform service delivery and resident engagement.
Skills required include:
- Experience managing a key line of business system within a large organization.
- Experience of live, dev, test and train environments and product lifecycles.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Training staff and team colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines with a good attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Proven documentation skills.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act – for the effective performance of a customer-facing role).
