We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Operational Manager to lead a diverse and impactful service for adults with physical, mental health, dementia, and learning disabilities. This exciting role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults while driving service development and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
About the Role:
As the Registered Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing services that focus on strength-based outcomes and person-centred support plans. You will work closely with the Senior Management to ensure services are effectively delivered, meeting individual needs and supporting people to live more independently and participate fully in their communities. You will play a key role in managing a team, fostering collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring that services are compliant with CQC regulations.
You will lead and manage a diverse team. Ensuring that services meet the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular audits and assessments, building and maintaining partnerships with external agencies, stakeholders and striving to improve service delivery and outcomes for our service users.
In addition, you will ensure that staff are supported in their professional growth, fostering a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment. You will be over seeing allocation of staff duties, health and safety measures, certifying services meet the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations, Health and Social Care Act, and the Care Act 2014.
About you:
To apply for this role, you must hold a qualification in care management (QCF Level 5 or equivalent), or extensive relevant experience in care management.
You will need, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, significant experience in managing services for adults with physical, mental health, dementia, and learning disabilities, ideally within a community or residential care setting. In-depth understanding of CQC standards, regulations, and the legislative framework related to adult care services.
You must demonstrate proven experience in managing service budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and the ability to demonstrate good leaderships skills to develop a diverse team, with experience of recruitment and performance management.
This role will consist of on-call duties, including weekends and bank holidays.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
