Data Management Officer, Children’s Services

Do you have an interest in data quality and case recording processes that support the local authority Children’s Education Services? Are you passionate about the support for children and how ensuring good data quality supports delivery of children’s services?

Your next role
In this key position you will provide an active supporting role in ensuring our data is managed from the point of data capture and validated within the service as part of data exchange processes with schools.
You will work with operational staff across Children’s Education services to follow stream lined processes to ensure data is captured in a timely an efficient way. You will have an eye for detail and fast data entry and validation skills.
Working as part of the Children’s Transformation Team you will work closely with performance analysts, business support teams and frontline staff to ensure the end to end process for children’s data capture develops at pace to be the most efficient it can be in supporting front line staff and performance reporting services.
You need to be educated to A level or equivalent, or with compensatory experience in managing children’s data through a system support or administrative pathway. You will have strong administrative skills and a proactive attitude with a real passion for making a difference.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
