Your next role

We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Lead for HR Operations and Service Delivery.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate HR Professional who wishes to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering HR operations strategy, improving service delivery, operational efficiency, and colleague experience that enables the workforce to be At Our Best.

As an integral part of the wider leadership team, the successful candidate will require the following skills and experience -

  • Ability to drive initiatives to enhance the overall colleague experience by delivering efficient, responsive, customer-focused and inclusive HR services.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver HR Shared Services, Payroll, Recruitment and Employee Relations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality, consistent HR operational services and the efficient handling of HR processes.
  • Identify continuous improvement to streamline HR processes, and enhance automation and technology use to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand HR needs and anticipate future challenges.
  • Shape tailored HR solutions that support organisational growth and organisational effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all HR processes and services are compliant with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Proactively address any potential risks in HR operations and service delivery.
