Your next role
You’ll be responsible for the day to day and strategic lead for risk, business planning and corporate performance, insights and policy and will lead on the management of the executive office.
Working closely with key stakeholders to champion and drive improvement through the conversion of data into intelligence with an understanding of customer insight, demand management and best practice to drive improvement and decision-making.
What’s most important to us is getting the right person in this role, someone who can support our colleagues to operate to their full potential. The right person is someone with great leadership skills and proven performance improvement experience. You’ll be able to demonstrate at interview how you’ve led through information and intelligence to develop strategy, policy and organisational performance improvement.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
