An understanding of data and analytics and how they are being used to change public services is needed to steer the work of a dedicated team of experts. You must be passionate about how digital and data can revolutionise public services and equally passionate about our commitment to our Swindon residents.

You will be someone with inspirational leadership skills and proven experience in these areas of work. You’ll be able to demonstrate at interview how you’ve identified, assessed and introduced digital and data change to an organisation and delivered improvement.
