Void and Pre-void Handy Person
Our recently formed and integrated Voids & Lettings Service are seeking a general handy person to help continue and improve the service delivery of empty homes. As a key member of our in-house trade operative team, you will be part of a successful team responsible for repairs and refurbishment on empty properties and homes on termination notice within our housing stock. You will work to ensure on time delivery of all works in line with Swindon Borough Council’s current re-let standards policy.
