It is essential therefore that you have a desire to learn and develop.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to learn alongside our incredibly experienced and highly effective team. For the right candidate there will also be the opportunity to undertake EY and childcare qualifications as a part of the role.
You will have GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English. You will have good communication skills, and will be willing to develop your skills in communicating equally effectively with children, parents and colleagues.
You will recognise the value of a team approach to meeting challenges and have the ability to follow instruction as well as work using your own initiative. Flexibility and a sense of humour are essential in an environment which can change rapidly and in which no two days are ever the same!
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
