Specialist Business Support Officer – Adult Community Learning

Your next role
We are looking for a highly effective administrator to work as part of the Adult Community Learning (ACL) Team providing business administration support to our managers and tutors.
This role encompasses a wide range of activities including responding to enquiries from residents and referrers about our courses, providing support to our tutors so they can provide high quality teaching and creating and maintaining core documents and process than enable us all to do our job well.
The role also includes significant use of data both in terms of processing information through to reporting and analysing performance, this includes the administration of qualifications and exams in line with awarding body requirements
This part time post can be split over 3 or more days and can include both office and home-based working.
Please note we are also recruiting an 18.5 hour fixed term Specialist Business Support Officer post for our Multiply Provision - Ref: RNR001510. Applicants can apply for one or both posts and we will consider appointing one person to both posts.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
