We are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of Swindon’s New Communities. The New Eastern Villages (NEV) is the largest of these New Communities with a total site area of 724 hectares. The development will comprise approximately 8,000 homes and 40 hectares of employment land which is capable of supporting 4000 new jobs. Given its scale and capacity to support Swindon’s long term economic growth, this development is of national importance and as such, benefits from significant government funding to pump prime transport infrastructure and accelerate delivery. A major scheme is programmed for completion over the next year called Southern Connector Road.
The role provides a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a career developing portfolio of large scale projects within a local authority, enabling shared infrastructure as part of Swindon’s continuing success story.
